Production process of cement utility poles

We are a professional manufacturer of cement utility poles in China, integrating research and development, production, testing, and export. We possess an automated centrifugal molding production line. The production process of cement utility poles begins with steel bar cutting, straightening, and frame welding according to the design drawings. The main bars and stirrups are welded into an integrated reinforcement cage to ensure that the reinforcement dimensions meet the standards. Subsequently, the reinforcement cage is placed inside the steel mold, and the flanges at both ends and embedded parts are fixed. The steel mold is then closed, locked, and reinforced.

The mixing station mixes concrete according to the specified ratio, pours it into steel molds after thorough mixing, and then hoists the steel molds into a centrifuge for high-speed centrifugation molding. The centrifugal force is used to remove excess water, ensuring the concrete is densely formed. After molding, the cement utility poles, along with the steel molds, are placed in a steam curing pool for steam curing, accelerating the concrete's setting and hardening process.

After curing is completed, demolding is carried out, and a preliminary inspection of the appearance of the cement utility poles is conducted, with any fins and burrs removed. After natural curing reaches the specified strength, quality inspections such as dimensional and crack resistance tests are conducted. After passing the inspection, the poles are sorted, stacked, labeled, and ready for loading and shipment.

The factory has established a comprehensive quality control system, ensuring that each cement utility pole undergoes multiple inspections for crack resistance, bending moment, and appearance, with corresponding inspection reports available. With mature experience in foreign trade shipments, we support container packing, reinforced packaging, and assistance in providing customs declaration documents. Our products are exported to Southeast Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and other countries.
